It’s a new year, and we’re changing a few things here at RMLEFCU to ensure that you have reliable, consistent, and top-notch remote banking services at your beck and call whenever and wherever the need arises.
That’s why we are taking the time to make some updates to our BillPay system. From February 8th to February 16th 2022, the BillPay widget on your RMLEFCU app will be unavailable for use as we undergo a planned conversion to a newer, more efficient system. Rest assured that any scheduled bills will go out as planned—along with recurring bills—up until February 15th.
To make this transition as smooth as possible, we’ve compiled the following information so you can stay in the loop:
If You Regularly Use BillPay…
You will not need to do anything to enroll in the new system. However, any payees that have never been used cannot be converted.
If You Have Activated BillPay but Haven't Used It…
You will need to re-enroll and create your payees.
If You Have Never Used BillPay…
There’s never been a better time to give it a try! Keeping track of all your bills and respective payments can be an overwhelming task when you tackle it alone. With our new BillPay system, you can rest easy knowing that each of your bills have been paid. It only takes a few minutes to make your regularly scheduled payments “worry-free”!
The new system will be available to all members on February 16th, 2022.
